OUR STORY

Three generations of bread-making

For over 37 years, the Al Noor family has been baking traditional Emirati bread in the heart of Al Qasimiah. What started as a small corner bakery is now a Sharjah institution, beloved for our authentic recipes and warm hospitality.

Every loaf is still shaped by hand, fermented slowly, and baked in the same wood-fired oven Ahmed Al Noor lit on his first morning in 1988.

Wood-fired

The original oven still runs on wood. The flame gives each loaf its signature smoky, golden crust.

Fresh by 6 AM
